The gift of Administration is the divine enablement to understand what makes an organization function, and the special ability to plan and execute procedures that accomplish the goals of the ministry.

The gift of Apostleship is the diving ability to start and oversee the development of new churches or ministry structures.
M = Prophecy - Provide guidance to others by proclaiming truth that causes correction or repentance.
The gift of Prophecy is the divine enablement to reveal truth and proclaim it in a timely and relevant manger for understanding, correction, repentance, or edification. There may be immediate or future implications.
N = Evangelism - Build relationships with unbelievers and engage them in spiritual conversation that helps them move toward a personal relationship with Jesus.
The gift of Evangelism is the divine enablement to effectively communicate the gospel to unbelievers so they respond in faith and move toward discipleship.
O = Shepherding - Nurture, care for and guide people toward spiritual maturity.

Q = Discernment - Keenly distinguish between truth and error.
The gift of Discernment (of spirits) is the divine enablement to distinguish between truth and error. It is able to discern the spirits, differentiating between good and evil, right and wrong.
R = Knowledge - Bring truth to the church by revealing critical information or biblical insight.
The gift of the Word of Knowledge is the divine enablement to bring truth to the body through a revelation or biblical insight.
S = Wisdom - Apply spiritual truth effectively to meet a need in a specific situation.

T = Healing - Pray, touch or speak words that bring spiritual, physical or emotional healing to others.
The gift of Healing(s) is the divine enablement to be God’s means for restoring people to wholeness. Note: The Greek word is actually plural, “healings,” which indicate that different kinds of healings are possible with this gift (i.e., emotional, relational, spiritual, physical, etc.).

The gift of Miracles is the divine enablement to authenticate the ministry and message of God through supernatural interventions which glorify him.
W = Tongues - Speak, worship or pray in a language unknown to the speaker for the purpose of prayer or to deliver a message others.
The gift of Tongues is the divine enablement to receive a spontaneous message from God in public worship and to speak it in an unknown language that is then made known to the church through the gift of interpretation.
