All promotional pieces chosen to highlight and bring attention to your activities require advanced notice. Professional looking marketing devices demand time and effort to produce and your willingness to feed information and requests is highly appreciated.

Central to this request process is the Promotion Request Form.  It's a simple form, which allows us to document the request and allocate resources to it.  It’s a streamlined and efficient way to put a professional polish on your ministry promotion.

Requests made verbally or without the Promotional Request Form will not get processed. Please refer to the reverse side of the strategy form to learn more about the simple promotional guidelines.
