The NCUMC Communications Department is in existence to help you promote and advance your vital ministry. However, ministry activities have increased and it has become necessary to develop an organized system to handle all promotional requests. This is a good thing. Our 2008, No Ministry Left Behind policy helps us create awareness and hopefully stimulate interest and involvement in your area of service.
Most of the promotional pieces chosen to highlight and bring attention to your activities require advanced notice. Professional looking marketing devices demand time and effort to produce and your willingness to feed information and requests is highly appreciated.
Central to this request process is the Communication Request Form. It is just a simple form, which allows us to document the request and allocate resources to it. It’s a streamlined and efficient way to put a professional polish on your ministry promotion.
Requests made verbally or without the Communication Request Form will have a lesser chance of getting processed. Please refer to the reverse side of the strategy form to learn more about the simple promotional guidelines.
A church body that interacts well in a spirit of cooperation and common purpose is a healthy church. We would like nothing more than to see your area of ministry grow and flourish in a way that will be pleasing to the Lord. The Communications Department is looking forward to a flood of Communication Request Forms! May God truly bless your efforts for His Kingdom.
